We are thrilled to announce that Zahra Bahrami has recently published an important paper in Advanced Optical Materials. Her research introduces a novel solution-processed hybrid phototransistor that combines semiconducting carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) with poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) using an innovative crystallization technique. The device exhibits exceptional sensitivity to low-intensity visible light, achieving a photoresponsivity of 3.53 × 10⁵ AW⁻¹ and a detectivity of ≈8.7 × 10¹⁰ Jones.
These findings are particularly significant for applications requiring precise and efficient light detection, such as optical communication, environmental sensing, and medical imaging.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Zahra Bahrami and her co-authors on this remarkable achievement! For the full paper, please visit the publication link.
